Jan Amos Komenský knew that learning in a playful way can be the best way to learn. Hravouka (Little Mouse's Encyclopedia), which originated as the diploma thesis of Tereza Vostradovská, teaches little readers about nature through the eyes of the narrator, a little mouse. What can you find floating in a glass of pond water? Why do leaves fall from trees, and what happens to them afterwards? We were lucky to be able to participate in the creation of the book "Hravouka" with Tereza and the Běžíliška publishing house. Because the book is based on beautiful illustrations, our main task was to give them the right rhythm, complementing them with gentle typography and colour-coordinating details. The fact that the book was published in six different languages in Europe and Asia shows that it is well liked by children.
